Policies and Conditions for Application for Local Jobs in Particular State
1. Receipt Preservation: Applicants must preserve the receipt of registration until the date of validity.
2. Payment of Registration Charge: Applicants agree to pay the registration charge as discussed beforehand and present the receipt when asked.
3. Interview Attendance: Applicants agree to attend interviews on the specified date and time when requested.
4. Interview Attendance Compliance:* If candidates do not attend interviews despite being given two chances, the earlier chances given will also be counted in the number of interviews promised on the receipt of registration.
5. Offer Letter Collection: It is the duty and responsibility of the candidate to collect the offer or appointment letter when they get a job.
6. Contract/Bond Awareness: Candidates must check if there is any contract or bond to be signed and decide whether to agree to it or not.
7. Job Location: IIVAMS JOB PLACEMENT does not promise specific job locations, such as the candidate's district or nearby location.
8. Job Duties: It is the responsibility of the candidate to ask about job duties before joining a job secured through us. Our responsibilities and contracts terminate once the candidate joins the job.
9. Reporting Interview Results: Applicants agree to inform IIVAMS JOB PLACEMENTof the results of the interviews attended.
10. Validity of Registration: Applicants agree to attend interviews before the validity of the registration expires.
11. Refund Policy: IIVAMS JOB PLACEMENT does not provide refunds, as it does not promise job guarantees. IIVAMS JOB PLACEMENT provides only the promised number of interviews in relevant industries. Short-term courses may be offered to help candidates clear the interviews.
12.Eligibility-Based Interviews:* Job interviews provided to candidates after registration will be based on the eligibility of the candidate, considering their skills and knowledge as assessed by IIVAMS JOB PLACEMENT. Any other designation demanded by the candidate and which is not agreed upon during the time of registration apart from their eligibility will not be considered.
13. Job Status Reporting: Applicants agree to inform IIVAMS JOB PLACEMENT of their job status, whether employed or laid off.
14. Contract Termination Upon Employment: The receipt of contract with IIVAMS JOB PLACEMENT is cancelled once the applicant secures a job. IIVAMS JOB PLACEMENT provides only one job per receipt of registration.
15. Reporting External Interviews: Applicants agree to inform IIVAMS JOB PLACEMENT if they are attending interviews through other sources.
16.Policy Awareness: It is the right and responsibility of the candidate to read the policies before registering.
17. Compliance: Failure to comply with the above-mentioned duties will result in the termination of the receipt of contract with IIVAMS JOB PLACEMENT .
Applicants certify that they have read, understood, and accept all conditions above and agree to abide by them.
For Candidates Attending International or Both International and Local Interviews:
1. Document Submission: Applicants agree to submit their passport or relevant documents if selected for international interviews, given they have agreed to the offer. (Applicable for International Interviews)
2. Payment of Charges: Applicants agree to pay the registration charge before the interview and the service charge after agreeing to the offer and upon receiving the VISA. (Applicable for International Interviews)
